Catholic Cemeteries Memorial Day Mass

Memorial Day Mass will be celebrated in Catholic Cemeteries throughout the Archdiocese at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 31, 2010. Memorial Day is a day of remembrance and tribute for those who have died serving our country. Many families also use this occasion to pay tribute to other family members that have died. Please join Cardinal Roger Mahony, Archbishop José H. Gomez, our Auxiliary Bishops and Clergy at your local Catholic Cemetery for this special occasion. Immediately following mass at San Fernando Mission Cemetery, Archbishop José H. Gomez and Bishop Gerald Wilkerson will dedicate the newly completed Saint Ferdinand Mausoleum.
